 oh no!!! 7 days to go … nakakaiyak naman to …

Last year, same problem, same month din nangyari. Mukhang yung IC Card ngAC, 1 year lang talaga ang life. Maliban sa bumili ng bagong A/C may iba pa ba kayong suggestion?

HI!

I hope it will help. chao!

The best way to cool your body is to cool your blood and core temperature. Find efficient ways of lowering your body temp by keeping your blood cool. When you take a shower try turning down the heat as much as possible, or if possible turn it off completely, soak under the cold water until your core temp is lowered, this will keep you cool longer. Some parts of our bodies have larger concentration of blood vessels than others, and we should keep these areas cool. Our feet, for instance have a large concentration of blood vessels, and when we feel hot, our body circulates more blood to our extremities in an attempt to cool them. If your at home, you can try soaking your feet in a bucket of icewater while watching TV and sipping on a cool beverage, If you are in the office, and if you do not have smelly feet, you should take off your shoes and let it cool down. Also I have read somewhere (maybe some of our members with medical background can confirm or deny) that our armpits also have high concentration of blood vessels, so finding creative ways to keep these areas cool should be fun (ice pack sa kile kile?). Pero the best way to keep cool is Teddy’s suggestion… tek it ol off! sabay talon sa dagaat!.. dagaaat! tagal ko nang hindi nag b-beaach! sobrang miss ko na mag ihaw ng porkchops at tilapia, habang lumalalagok ng beer. tapos kakainin mo yung inihaw na liempo at isda kasabay ng tinadtad na hilaw na mangga sibuyas at bagoong at mainit na kanin at itlog na maalat…o diba ehdi nakalimutan mo na naiinitan ka… hehehe.

Try nyo “hiya-ron”(disposable, portable ice pack).

Yehey!
