Maba-blacklist ka ba kung nakakuha ka ng visa tapos hindi ka tumuloy na pumunta sa Japan?

i don’t know if this makes sense but if you got a visa then not use it (i.e not come to japan at all), will you be blacklisted? someone asked me this. i answered “no way”. what do you think?

In rich countries like USA or Japan, most government activities are databased.
Hence it is easy for them to make any kind of list if they want to.
If you’ve got visa but didn’t come to Japan, then it was a waste of taxpayer’s money.
I think you are entitled to be listed for that.

But on the other hand, I think it is not illegal, hence chances are that you will not be punished or treated unfairly for that.

As for the next question(getting job with only tourist visa), all I can say is TF rules prohibits us from encouraging illegal activities.

We are law-abiding citizens.

In my experience, I got an office mate who was supposed to come here for a business trip. The office help him secure a VISA(paperworks, etc), but the trip did not push through so, my Japanese boss asked my office mate to go to the Japaneses Embassy to have his Visa cancelled. He said (Japanese Boss) that it will put both the office and my office mate into the bad light.

With getting a job using tourist VISA, let us set aside the TF rules but there are only few companies who will risk their business to employ someone who is not properly documented BUT there are also some who are willing to SPONSOR tourists as long as they can do the job.

With regards to those people who feel bad because you can’t help them get a work here, JUST tell them this, “Can you speak Japanese?”, I bet they will say, NO! and they wouldn’t feel bad anymore that you weren’t able to help them…besides, HINDI KA NAMAN HEADHUNTER, no!!! hehehe

Well I think , marami sa ating kababayan ang nag eexpect ng same way system as the US government , yong bang makapunta lang for tourist sa US then puede na mag work or even invited ng kamaganak puede na makapasok.

But the truth is that is not possible here in japan , not possible in a way that makapasok ka man dto sa japan as tourist , question is , do you have a japanese language skills ? mahirap siguro sa employer ang I hire ang isang tao under tourist visa and dont have japanese skills.

kung meron ka naman japanese skills and under toursit visa , will good chance to find job here in japan . if you had a good education and skills malaki ang chance mo makahanap ng good job dto sa japan , employer can sponsor you to change visa from tourist to prof visa (like what happen sa mga Indian IT ).

and last . kung ang baon mo lang naman eh lakas ng loob at d ka maarte sa paghanap ng trabaho . some company like production , or factory worker can hire tourist visa even wla ka japanese skills but problem here is dapat meron ka kakilala na mg iintroduce sayo sacho ng company.normally happen ito sa mga provincial area ng japan

nowadays here in japan , masyado na sila strict lalo na kanto area meron sila routine sa pagcheck sa mga empleyado ng factory with proper visa.mahirap man tangapin but it challenges us filipino magsikap pra mka pantay sa skill ng ibang bansa , and I believe filipino is much skill full than any other country proven na yan with our OFW . Go Pinoy…
