Isa pang tanong!
Saan ba ako makakakuha/makakabili ng subway map written in English? Sa Yokohama ako ngayon…

If you have a chance to go to Tokyo Stn, you can probably ask for an English version of the subway map from the Information Desk. Or if you find yourself in Akihabara, you might want to go to Laox where they give out free copies of the map. It just shows, however, where the other Laox branches are found.

hi andres!

actually you can get a copy of the tokyo subway map (Tokyo Metro Guide) at (almost?) any station in tokyo, anybody can get it for free at stands that contain other fliers and brochures. if you want a more comprehensive map that shows other lines outside of tokyo (and not just the subway), there’s actually a book na meron ding detailed maps of tokyo. the title of the book slipped my mind, but i will get back to you on that. suri

I bought a really good map from Yaesu book shop, “Railways of the Tokyo Metropolitan District”, for ¥250; it shows all the JR, private railway, and subway maps all at once (most maps don’t) and it’s english on one side & japanese on the other.

here’s a page at the Japanhomesearch (http://www.japanhomesearch. com) website where you can get different maps of Japan.

sana po, u will find it useful.
