Sa mga nakatira ng Yokohama area at kalapit na lugar, gusto ko lang ipaalala na meron pong hanabi taikai sa linggo, July 17, 2005 mula 7:30 ng gabi hanggang maubos ang paputok:p. Para naman sa mga mahilig ng photography, magandang puwesto ang “skywalk” dito http://www.skywalk.or.jp/ Ang link ng fireworks dito http://www.yokohama-cci.or.jp/hanabi/

Susubukan kong pumunta sa skywalk, di pa kasi ako nakapasok don:( …:frowning:

Kung hindi ako nagkakamamli, nakapunta na ako sa skyway kasama mga kaklase ko nung unang taon ko sa Japan. OK ang view pero kung takot ka sa heights, baka malula ka:)

The fireworks was fantabulous , well in my dreams:( . Di kasi ako natuloy dahil sa hindi inaasahang pangyayari. Though I end up watching bon odori in a nearby koen. Hello to Standordmed. Glad to know somebody knows ilocano in TImog. Naimbag nga aldaw mo kabsat.:slight_smile:

There’s another fireworks show coming August 1st. You are welcome to watch it here at the tower if you want. I have an unobstructive view of the harbor on the 29th floor.

A collection of fantastic fireworks will light up Yokohama Harbor, including the 480m giant “Nishakumaru”, the “Citizen’s Fireworks” created with the cooperation of citizens, and the “Dream Fireworks”, created from pictures drawn by elementary school children.

It should be “naimbag nga aldaw mo met…” or else sasabihin ng kausap mo na “nagtangken ti ilokanom” which is “you speak hard ilocano” literally.

Again thanks for the info about the next fireworks, though i am not sure if i can make it again. If it should fall on Sunday or holiday, pipilitin ko na talaga.

crispee, pareho nating na-miss yung fireworks last sunday. pupunta din dapat kami – actually nasa yokohama kami that day – pero di rin kami natuloy.
