The 2025 Business Career Production Management Test will open application soon (from Friday, July 25, 2025). Please the check the procedure and schedule below.
General procedure
- To apply for the exam, register on your My Page.
- Select the grade category for which you wish to take the exam and pay the exam fee.
- After payment of the exam fee, you will be directed to the application page for the exam venue, date and time.
- Select the desired venue, date and time on the venue reservation site.
- On the day of the exam, take the exam at the selected exam venue.
- After the results are announced, successful applicants should apply to have their certificate issued.

Testing locations
Testing locations: Designated test centers in all 47 prefectures.
- Please refrain from contacting the test center directly.
- Venue where the test can be conducted varies depending on the test date.
- You cannot take the test at any test center other than the designated one.

Examination fees
11,880 yen (tax included) per section
- A separate application fee will be charged.
- Application for issuing a paper copy of the CBT test certificate will cost an additional 3,300 yen (tax included) per test section. Click here for details.
