All Pinoy Riders in Japan (APR) is an informal association of Filipino motorcycle enthusiasts in Japan.[1]

All Pinoy Riders in Japan was founded in October 2019 by Jeffrey de Leon by organizing a group tour of motorcycle riders based in Aichi and Shizuoka Prefectures. It has now around 300 members throughout Japan.[2]
All Pinoy Riders in Japan members organize tours and share motorcycle-related information and news through a Facebook group, administered by Jeffrey de Leon and Mari Suzuki.[1:1]
