Association of Filipino Students in Japan (AFSJ)

The Association of Filipino Students in Japan (AFSJ) is an organization of Filipino students and graduates in Japan founded in 1954.[1]

The Association of Filipino Students in Japan is composed of undergraduates, graduate students, specialized college students, research students, teacher training program participants, short-term exchange students, and graduates who are currently working and residing in Japan. Most of these students are recipients of different scholarships such as the Japanese Government (MEXT), Asian Development Bank (ADB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), and other private company scholarships.[1:1]
