Quick, what does Malta and the Philippines have in common? Ang totoo ay matagal nang balita ito: Malta (kasing laki ng population ng Pasay City) and the Philippines are the only countries left in the world that has no divorce law. (Hindi rin siguro coincidentally, pareho din silang Roman Catholic.) Ito ay matapos magkaroon ng Divorce Law ang Chile. (May news article sa BBC. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/4021427.stm)) Hindi ba kataka-taka ito para sa mga Pinoy sa Japan, kung iisipin natin na napakadaling mag-divorce dito ang mga Hapon? Ako nga, matagal na talagang napipikon dyan sa absence of divorce laws sa pilipinas. Pero teka, alam nyo ba na ang mga pinoy na muslim maaaring mag divorce? Oo, ayon sa code of muslim personal laws (na mula pa nung panahon ni makoy). E bakit nga ba ganon? Anong century na ba ito?? booo.

Hindi ko alam kung saan ko ilalagay ito. Meron ba sa inyo ang familiar sa singer na Sada Masashi (http://www.sada.co.jp/) at Minami Kosetsu (http://www.geocities.jp/tsuki_taro/k3/headline1.html)? I like their music and looking for their CD or maybe DVD albums if available.
