Well, I hope a lot of girls, (kahit anong nationality) will come up to your party.

If you want it to be translated into Japanese, post it to translation thread, and someone will do it. (libre)

By the way, the dress code for members (business attire) is impressive.

Uniporme ng ship officers and crews.
Must be very kakko-ii yo.

Assuming the ship guys are not familiar with trains, I will answer for you.

From Yokosuka to Tokyo, using Yokosuka Line(14 stations) = about 72 minutes.
From Tokyo to Kinshicho, using Sobu line(2 stations)=about 9 minutes.
Fee is 1050 yen, one way.
Average waiting time is added, and the total is 1 hour and 39 minutes.
The place is not far away from Kinshicho, if you say 2 hours, it is sufficient.
You may use Yamanote Line, and drop by at Akihabara, and then, from there, you can use Sobu line, too, to Kinshicho.
