Hi everyone!

Wow! I was really surprised to know that there’s a website for Filipinos around here. Feeling ko nasa Pinas ako when I read all your posts. I couldn’t help myself, haha, at muntik pa kong ma late sa work dahil sorbrang naaaliw akong mag-basa, got hooked already. Been here in Japan for 2 months now. Sa Tokushima, Shikoku ako, isang napakalayong probinsya from Tokyo.

My Nihonggo is almost nil kaya naman I’m really having a hard time dealing with the locals.

Wala tuloy akong makasama maglamyerda pag off ko. Meron akong officemate from France pero shempre mas gusto kong kasama kapwa ko Pilipino, mas masaya.

To a meaningful and fun-filled friendship, CHEERS!

welcome to TF, halloween. i think you’re too early, hallow’s eve is still months away.

how’s Tokushima? i’ve been there once to visit a friend. drove all the way from Sendai during golden week several years ago. i remember how it was so warm there, it was around 26 degrees in May and when we got back to Sendai it was 11 degrees. we also visited the four prefectures there and ate wonderful sanuki udon at an udon shop which was just part of a house right in the middle of the nowhere. have you participated in the awa-odori?

anyway, as i always say, read, participate & contribute. but most of all, enjoy!

Hi! Maraming salamat sa inyong warm welcome.

Ganda girl, sa Ehime ka pala. I stayed there with a Filipino couple for almost a month. Kaya lang she already left for the States dahil don na sha nagtuturo.

Kakalungkot dito. Recently, nabasa ko yung Memoires of a Geisha at nag-enjoy nman ako at ngayon a book with different short stories, ang title ay A girl’s Night In.

ANg nakakamiss kasi eh yung may kakwentuhan kang mga people with the same brand of humor at kapalitan ng kuro kuro at opinyon.
