Na stuck ako sa isang requirement for validation. Need ng copy of valid passport /ID of the member of the board of directors of the company or the authorized signatory with english translation. paano nyo ito nalampsan?

In that case, you just have to ask them nicely to give you what you need. Kung ayaw nilang magbigay, at marami ang ayaw magbigay nito, you just have to explain to the MWO that the company won’t give the necessary documents. Most of the time, the MWO understands and they’ll validate your contract.

Kailangan mo lang silang kausapin (both) nang maayos.

frankly, this is a ridiculous requirement kaya maraming companies sa japan ang hindi nagbibigay nyan. explain mo sa MWO na ayaw kang bigyan ng company mo.
