YIFA !!! That is my favorite dish…

I think I will cook this one soon, thanks for reminding me…
it is just takes more time to prepare that other dishes…
cause I really make the pork crispy on the outside -
(coat it with egg, corn starch and flour ala tonkatsu bite
sizes) and the sauce I prefer-
really sweet and sour… and of course, the pineapple…
no pineapple, no subuta for me…:rolleyes:

sensya na at ngayon ko lang napost…

engridients…
1.pork(300g cut into cubes), ibabad sa 1 tsp of shoyu and 1 tsp of sake then set aside.
2. shitake mushrooms, carrots, bell pepper cut in bite size, and onion diagonally. set aside
3. sauce (5 tspoonful sugar, 3 tsp of jpnese vinegar, 2 1/2 tsp shoyu, 1 tsp sake, 1 cup of water, 1 tspful of ‚Äúkatakuriko‚ÄĚ (gaw-gaw) mix all these well‚Ķ and set aside.
4. mix 2-3 tspful of ‚Äúkatakuriko‚ÄĚ with the pork the fry it until golden brown, again, set aside.
5. with 1 tsp of oil, fry your vegies about 1 minute.
6. add your pork to the fried vegies and then pour the sauce on it. wait until sauce get thick.

after that, okay na!!!
you already have a wonderful dish on your table.
enjoy!!!
