Better get this book, at least it covers mostly all the things you want to know plus other matters re if you are an overstaying foreigner, single parent, AIDS, counseling, women’s shelters, sexual harrassment, etc.

Check out the pics Iposted of the book cover and table of contents.

I got my Y2000 worth dahil ito ay bi-lingual at updated.

Salamat sa info tungkol sa libro.

It must be very useful.

Pero I wonder how many members of TF will actually buy it.

Libre ang sagot sa TF.
And it’s a fun to ask a question and then you get a reply or replies, occasionally not a few, even though some may not be accurate, or some suggestions may be questionable.
But there is always a right reply.

I believe as the archive grows bigger, it will be as good as the book you mentioned.

Walang anuman, puting tainga.

Libre ang sagot sa TF pero how reliable is it? Para sa akin, it is good to have free advice PLUS other information from more reliable sources.

Mahirap nang maiwala agad sa mga sabi-sabi. From my experience, you have to have at least 3 sources to verify a fact.

True. And sometimes all 3 sources are not accurate. In the end it’s up to the reader if he/she chooses to believe them or not.

Does that book include explanations (in layman’s terms) of Japanese laws? Ma-browse nga pag napadaan ako sa Kinokuniya.

Right on the money there, Dax! hahaha!

By the way, yung aklat ay bi-lingual, in English at Japanese. At least you can start from here tapos mag-hanap ka pa ng ibang “reliable” sources for your answers, di ba?
