It’s a messenger pop-up ad. Nothing wrong with your computer…except the OS :D.

Hi cyclops, long time no see.

cyclops, your computer is infected by a spyware… kailangang matanggal yan para hindi na ulit lumabas… usually nakukuha yang ganyang klaseng virus sa mga pop-ups over in the internet…

do you have antivirus installed on your computer? kung wala download ka ng pang scan/remove ng malwares… just follow the steps below… I assumed na Win Xp gamit mo…

1.) download sysclean.com at this link: http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/tsc/sysclean.com and save it to your drive C. Mag-create ka muna ng folder na sysclean sa drive C mo ha then saka mo dun i-dump yung sysclean.com.

2.)download virus pattern file at this link: http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/pattern/lpt905.zip and save it again to drive C: sysclean folder. So naka-zip yan kaya extract mo muna pero ang destination is dun pa din sa sysclean folder ha.

3.) search mo tong file na to sa computer mo —>>> PSAPI.DLL, so pag nakita mo na yung file na yun, copy mo then paste sa loob ng sysclean folder. so lahat ng files na sinabi ko is dapat nasa iisang folder lang sila which is SYSCLEAN folder.

4.) restart your computer and boot to safe mode… pano mag safe mode? before magboot sa windows yung pc mo dapat napindot mo na yung F8… so para siguradong hindi makakalusot si safe-mode, after restarting pindot pindot ka na ng F8… then makikita mo yung menu so choose safe-mode…

5.) so nasa windows ka na in safe-mode, open mo na yung sysclean folder tapos double-click mo yung SYSCLEAN.COM to proceed with the scanning… sya nang bahalang magtanggal lahat ng malwares na makikita nya sa computer mo… pag natapos ang scanning tingnan mo na yung logs na nasa sysclean na folder for you to verify kung may virus nga o wala…

I hope it helps…

kailangang nyan is mag-show hidden files ka para makita mo yung PSAPI.DLL, ang tanong is pano yun? ganito yun… open mo yung windows explorer mo then go to TOOLS tapos FOLDER OPTIONS. dun sa loob nun punta ka sa VIEW… then makikita mo yung HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS diba… so piliin mo yung SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS then click OK. so yun pag nag-find ka na makikita mo na yung DLL file na yun.

that’s good na walang nakita so you can assume that your computer is clean… maari pop ad lang talaga yun… but next time be careful in surfing the web coz there’s a lot of malwares, spywares and worm virus roaming around the internet waiting for the unprotected computer to hook up…

suggestion lang… if you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2, kindly turn-on your pop-up blocker… para safe ka din… and please check your antivirus solution once in a while if the virus patterns is updated or not…

Tama ang sinabi ni Paul sa unang sagot.
You shouldn’t have installed Doctor Clean.

It’s a messenger pop-up ad.
You should ignore it, is what he meant.
It looks like a warning message, but it isn’t.
It is an advertisement for a software called Doctor Clean.
Ayon sa kanilang homepage, it says Download for Free, but it doesn’t mean it is free to use.
Otherwise, they won’t put up a commercial, di ba?
True free wares don’t use pop-ups.
“pop-up ad” is something you should ignore, and he thought you knew it.

Nothing wrong with your computer…except the OS .
This means, he loves Mac.
He is not really forcing you to buy Mac, but Mac fans always say Mac is virtually virus-free.

As for the 49 dollars, If you haven’t registered, legally speaking, there is not a valid contract between you and them.

Using spy wares or virus, they may have already gotten your card number or true address from your computer, but information acquired by illegal methods will not justify their withdrawing money from your account.

(The above statement is based on my assumption that you don’t have the habit of deleting auto-complete form, after inputting personal information )

Always check your bank account regularly, and read credit card notification carefully.
