To ease the burden of our server, Timog Forum is temporarily closed to non-registered guests.
We’d like to apologize to everyone who accessed Timog Forum last night who were rudely greeted with a database error screen. It seems that we have outgrown our server (http://www1.us.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/pedge_sc1420?c=us&cs=555&l=en&s=biz), the same one we have been using since the very first day when we only have 1 or 2 users visiting the forum everyday, if at all. Recently, because the number of people accessing the forum has grown dramatically, the server is having problems handling the traffic.
We are soon moving to a faster server than can handle the load of 30 or more users simultaneously. We hope that would eliminate problems with the database and CPU overload, while making the whole website more responsive at the same time. Until then, we would like to lighten the server load by temporarily closing the forum for unregistered guests. Regular members can access the forum as usual, of course.

I would like to donate a small amount of money, say, 1ooo yen or 2000 yen, without really breaking the anonimity of both of us.

mmm:) ako rin when i come back,flight ko kasi bukas to Cebu.Malaki ang naitulong ng Timog sa lahat ng mga kababayan natin dito sa Japan so im willing to donate a little amount.Actually,i have a resseller account with 6,000 MB webspace,90,000 MB bandwidth and 2 dedicated IPs any idea na i can share it to Timog kahit konting MB lang?

2 days din akong nde nakaaccess dito sa timog. sabi may problem daw sa database:( buti na lang ok na ulit ngayon…teka nick pedeng magtanong , member ba ako dito ? o guest lang if so , paanong mag pamember ba…thanks in advance
