We know for years that big earthquake is expected to shake japan anytime, anywhere especially on kanto area.
when that time really happened to our very own eyes, and we are left alive, what will you do?
Are we ready mentally, emotionally and spiritually?
When will we go for help, what will we do to seek help, what will we do to survive? Any tips, precautions, and advices (especially for those who already experience big calamities).
the purpose of this is how to get ourselves ready, informations and ideas needed. Avoiding fear, pressures and the likes.

kahit saang lupalop ng mundo ay hindi talaga maiiwasan ang mga kalamidad dahil ito’y galing sa kalikasan at hindi gawa ng tao.
hindi man tayo siguro handa mentally, emotionally or spiritually dapat maihanda man lang natin ang mga importanteng dapat dalhin bawat member ng family. like emergency supplies, ID’s ,passport , baryang pera, etc. sa isang bag na pwedeng bitbitin agad. naniguro na kami, pinag-uusapan na rin namin minsan-minsan kung saan kami dapat mag-stay na mga safe shelters.
pero hindi pa rin makakasiguro na hindi mag-panic sa ganitong sitwasyon, siguro ang pinaka-importante hwag mawalan ng pag-asa, lakas ng loob at hwag kalilimutang tumawag sa Itaas.
siguradong meron pang mai-se-share ang ibang members.

Hindi ko pa masasagot ang mga ito ngayon. Hindi pa plastado ang mga sasabihin ko! Pero mayroon akong naalalang sinabi ng Japanese friend, maghanda ng leather shoes kasi marami daw mababasag at ang mga bobog ay delikado.

The Great Kanto Earthquake struck Tokyo (Kantō Plain - Wikipedia)on Sep 1 1923, at least 105,385 lost their lives and over 37,000 were reported missing, believed dead.
Most of the fatalities were caused by 88 fires which broke out separately and spread rapidly.
Same thing will happen today, in a greater scale.
Though there are buildings built by a crazy architect (Si Aneha), most buildings are presumably OK.
What we must fear is fire, and smoke(most fire victims die by inhaling smoke.) and firestorm,( tornado( ipoipo) caused by heat of the fire, and its very hot air kills people instantly)
If you are living in a place where small wooden houses are next to each other, better run to where buildings are next to each other.
Also, needless to say, be careful for tsunami.
If you are living near to the sea, better run to a high place.

Wala tayong magagawa kung dumating man ang ganitong kalamidad.At noon pa ay may prediksyon na talagang darating at darating ito.
Kaya naman palagi ay may mga tv programs na pinapalabas para na rin paalalahanin ang mga mamamayan sa posibilidad na calamity.
Isa na dito ang pag gamit nang telepono para maiparating sa mga pamilya o kamag-anak na nasa malayo ang kalagayan nila(for domestic lang yata ito).Na tulad nang alam natin na sa time nang kalamidad ay mahirap makatawag dahil sa busy ang linya o iba pang kadahilanan.
Ang NTT ay naglunsad nang emergency line para magamit sa panahon ng kalamidad.Ito ay magandang gamitin para kahit papaano ay maibalita natin sa mga kamag-anak o pamilya natin dito kung ano ang kalagayan natin.
Hindi lang po ako sigurado sa mga detalye…pakitingn an lang po sa naibigay na link kung papaano ang paggamit nito…sorry po at wala itong english version.

addition, one of the reason kung bakit delikado ang car evacuation, hindi lang dahil sa traffic and accidents, kungdi dahil pag nagkaroon daw nang mga firestorms, ang mga malapit at madaanang sasakyan ay malaki ang chance na sumabog dahil sa matinding init.
another safe place daw sana for firestorms ay ang pag-evacuate sa malalaking kalasada. But hindi adviceable kung maraming sasakyang nakaparada, at lalo na kung dikit dikit. Kung walang ganong mga sasakyang nagkalat sa malalaking kalsada, it is one safe place sana. Kaya mas maganda talagang limited and usage of cars on time like this.

talagang pag dumating ang oras na ito hindi natin alam kung we can handle not to panic. kahit pa alam natin ang gagawin, at prepared sa mga dadalhin, pero pag nandiyan na, mas mabuti talagang ready pa rin tayo, and knowldegeable kung ano ano ang gagawin, rather knowing nothing at all, at maganda nga rin napag-uusapan nang konti.
nagsimula kaming mag-start mag-prepared nang bag for evacuation, since last three years, salamat naman po sa Kanya, at andito pa rin tayo safe until now.
kase po, iyong asawa nang bestfriend nang hubby ko ay nurse sa isang malaking public hospital, tuwing may red alert sa hospital about earthquake laging itinatawag sa amin. 70%, 50%, 80% possiblity, minsan lumilindol nga pero mahina lang. Lately hindi na nga lang itini tip sa amin, kase ilang taon na ok naman ang takbo, though, big one striked niigata, kahit sila immune na rin siguro.
they advised us to be prepare anytime. kaya sige na nga rin, mas mabuti na rin ang nakahanda.

we are really at peace at present time here, seemed so adopted with our regular flow of life,
but what we see now in Indonesia should give us even a little thoughts ~~~ if such thing happened here …
last month i saw on tv about earthquake drama presentation, i forgot which channel, and at the end of the drama, there was some little talk from the channel’s commentators, and they really confirmed that … anytime, any moment, anywhere here in japan, big earthquake is possible.
It is better we are prepared, mentally, physically, spiritually anytime than never, it could lessen our panics.

Doon sa mga nakakaintindi nang japanese … basta tatandaan lang namin ang dial number
#171 … tapos sumunod lang sa mga instructions …
Para sa mga hindi makakaunawa nang japanese … they need to read all of your translations
(though kahit nakakaintindi, sometimes iba ang mga terminology via phone, minsan ang hirap maintindihan ang mga recorded messages)

Sabi niya kasi, Japan is prone to earthquakes and I did my research on this…baka daw dahil dito hindi ko ituloy ang pagpapakasal sa kanya, ready siya to compromise kahit sa ibang bansa na daw kami titira…napakabab aw ko naman to have this as an excuse of backing out from our wedding plans, I just told him “Let thy will be done”

hello adechan, Engineer po ang hubby ko ang specialization niya____________ I don’t want to brag about it. To further this, sa mansion ng parents niya sa Tokyo his mother explained to me bakit ganun ang structure sa building at fittings, for earthquake prevention nga daw. medyo beaming with smile po ako when I was given orientation by his Mum pero deep inside my heart, “God, be our strength and salvation”. Minsan, nababangit pa rin ng asawa ko ang sabi niya “it seems to me without you mentioning it, one of the main reasons you are dragging the time backwards to join me here in Japan is your hidden fear of the facts I’ve told you in my proposal”, nakakatawa siya but on the other hand, come what may God will never abandon us. What’s taking place and about to take place in this world, is in God’s hand.
