Any logged-in user in anonymous mode may write and edit articles.
- Contributing even short, incomplete articles is permitted. Other users might contribute by editing and building on it to make a more useful article.
- Articles might be in English or Filipino.
- A new article may be created by translating an existing one into English or Filipino.
- No consultation is needed for minor edits (like correcting typos, formatting, grammatical errors, etc).
- An edit that will change the meaning of the article or part of it is considered a major edit that should be discussed under the article in question.
